The King Room was spacious with comfy beds and all the essentials like air conditioning, a tv, and a microwave. I loved the indoor swimming pool-not to mention the fitness center! The breakfast was pretty decent, and I appreciated the free toiletries and cozy seating area for a chill vibe.

I was quite let down by the cleanliness policy, which requires you to request room cleaning each day. I forgot to ask twice during my five-night stay, leading to a messy room without towels or toiletries. While the breakfast was decent, it lacked variety, especially fresh vegetables, which would have improved the experience.

The staff were consistently friendly and the spacious room was super comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight with solid omelettes and good hash browns!

Oh man, the homemade ice cream was a total showstopper! And the culinary vibes around, especially the breakfast buffet with all those smoked meats, really kicked our mornings into high gear. Plus, when I mentioned the parking charge issue, they waved it away like it was nothing-talk about staff being on top of it!

We got a room on the 2nd floor, and the party chaos from below practically vibrated our walls! When we rang up about it, Carlos said he'd sort it out, but come on-why should we be the ones moving? The whole situation felt pretty off.
